Cordero is playing in NYC at Rothko on Friday, July 22nd. Saw them open for the Damnwells and loved it. Think indie Spanish rock with trumpets.

Well there's supposed to be thunderstorms on Thursday night so there may not be any outdoor shows.
I do suggest the live Calexico DVD if you haven't seen it. It was filmed at the ?Barbicon? in London from their Feast of Wire tour. Full mariachi band, the works.
